Open Access Services 


NHS Lanarkshire's Open Access Service allows patients to drop into centre's without an appointment.

Staff there can help with batteries, tubing, impressions and ear moulds as well as giving advice to patients

Patients attending walk in clinics will be seen in turn, so may have a while to wait, depending on how busy it is on the day. If required, a further appointment can be made for hearing aid adjustment.

The open access hearing aid service is available from the following locations:

Douglas Street Clinic, Hamilton

Tuesday to Thursday 1.30pm - 4pm
Friday 1.30pm - 3.30pm

Stonehouse Hospital

Tuesday 2pm - 4pm
Thursday 9.30am - 11.30am

Hairmyres Hospital

Monday to Wednesday 9.30am - 11.30am
Tuesday 2pm - 4pm 

Cumbernauld Health Centre

Monday 9.30am - 11.30am

Monklands Hospital

Monday to Thursday 1.30pm - 4pm

Wishaw General

Monday to Wednesday 9.30am - 11.30am
Friday 9.30am - 11.30am

Lanark Health Centre
