NHS Lanarkshire has produced the following Easy Read leaflets to make health information easy to understand.
NHS Lanarkshire has developed this series of Patient Information leaflets with the help of Lanarkshire ACE.
These leaflets have been produced for use by patients, carers and their families with the aim of helping people prepare for a visit to hospital, and for some of the more common medical tests and examinations they may need to have.
The leaflets use photos, symbols and pictures with plain language in large print. These leaflets may be useful for:
- People with a learning disability
- Young people / children
- Older people
