Declaration of Interests 2012 

 

The following sets out the up to date position with regard to the Declaration of Interests by Board Members, in accordance with sections 4 and 5 of the Standards in Public Life – Model of Conduct for Members of Devolved Public Bodies, and the Board’s Code of Conduct for Board Members.

Registerable Interests fall into the categories of:

  • Daughter is the legal visitor for the Mental Welfare Commission, which undertakes visits to inspect Mental Health Services within geographic Health Boards, including Lanarkshire.

Jackie Burns

Category 2: Remuneration

  • Civil Servant with Department for Work and Pensions

  • Elected Member and Depute Leader of South Lanarkshire Council.

Jim McCabe

Category 2: Remuneration

  • Elected Member and Leader of North Lanarkshire Council.

David Clark

  • Employed as Chief Executive Officer of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland, which provides patient services and training activities which are grant-aided by NHS Lanarkshire.
